Leaving your loved one is hard to do. All About Pets (AAP) wants every owner to have peace of mind, knowing that your best friend is receiving the highest quality care while you are away, and that you are receiving an excellent value.
AAP offers the ultimate pet accommodations for cats and dogs with private, climate controlled luxury suites to ensure that all pet guests feel right at home. Our small boarding facility allows our staff to give personal care and attention to each of its guests.
AAP caregivers get to know your pet personally to make the experience fun, comfortable, nurturing for both physical and emotional needs, and a safe “home away from home”.

Drop Off and Pick Up
Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 2:00pm
Sunday Pick Up Only: 12:00pm – 3:00pm (dogs only)
Playtime
All pet guest accommodations include 30 minutes of one-on-one play time each day with an AAP professional caregiver and/or other AAP guests.
Toys
Pet guests can bring familiar comfort items (toys, blankets, beds, etc.) from home.
Report Cards
AAP documents each pet guest’s activities in a personal report card for owners to pick up when guest checks out. This report includes times and specifics for feedings, walks, medication, and playtime.
For Your Pet’s Safety
AAP is located directly across the hall from Heritage Animal Hospital. Should your pet need emergency care, their staff is on call 24 hours a day.
Required Records
All pet guests must have current vaccination records (no exceptions), and be on a heartworm, and flea and tick prevention program.
- Dogs: Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella (kennel cough).
- Cats: FVRCP, Rabies, and Feline Leukemia

Accommodations
Each 8 x 6’ suite features a comfy bed with soft linens, cozy comforters, and a nite-lite. Your pet can relax or be entertained by a favorite TV show or movie, as each suite has its own private television with DVD player.
Separation from their best (human) friend and new surroundings may cause anxiety for some guests. AAP’s suite accommodations buffer excessive noise (barking) resulting from typical kennel configuration (side-by-side kennel runs), ensuring a peaceful “safe-haven” for each guest. Each suite is cleaned daily to ensure the safety and comfort of your pet.
Rates for Dog Guests
- $39 per night for one pet guest
- $20 for each additional pet guest in a shared suite (limit of 3 small pets per suite)
- $4 discount per night for a minimum stay of 10 nights.
Walks
- Each pet guest is walked individually four times per day.
- Pets will be greeted for a first walk at 7am.
- Final walks for the day will be no earlier than 8pm.
Meals
- AAP will provide its guests with NUTRO Natural Choice Lamb/Rice Small Bites and treats during their stay.
- AAP is happy to accommodate special dietary needs of guests as provided by owner.
Medication
- AAP understands that many dogs have special needs. Our professional caregivers are experienced in administering medication per your instructions at no additional charge.
Complimentary Bath
- AAP offers a complimentary bath for pet guests staying a minimum of 5 nights.
- Your pet can be bathed prior to pick-up for and additional fee, which includes brush, blow dry, nail trim, and ear cleaning.
Grooming is available by appointment.
Training
Training can be arranged for your dog while boarding through Red-Beau Canine Training and Specialists.
 A Dog Guest’s day at AAP
Dog Guests participate in activities every day of the week, 365 days a year!
7:00am: Walk #1
• Morning greeting and first walk by an AAP kennel caregiver.
• Each dog guest is walked separate from other guests on a private wooded trail behind the Arrow Center to a 1/2 acre grass area on the north side of the building.
8:00am: Breakfast
• Breakfast is served according to the menu preferences you provide us.
• AAP offers its guests NUTRO Natural Choice Lamb/Rice Small Bites and treats during their stay.
• AAP is happy to accommodate special dietary needs of guests as provided by owner.
11:00am: Walk #2
• Second walk of the day for dog guests with kennel caregiver.
12:00-3:00pm: Playtime
• Playtime with kennel caregiver and/or other pet guests per owner’s preference.
• Pet guests participate in supervised social time in our indoor, climate controlled, safe, and clean play area.
• Play time happens every day at AAP - rain or shine!
• Every dog’s social style is accommodated - no one is left out!
3:00pm: Walk #3
• Third walk of the day for dog guests with kennel caregiver.
4:00pm: Dinner
• Dinner is served according to the menu preferences you provide us.
• AAP offers its guests NUTRO Natural Choice Lamb/Rice Small Bites and treats during their stay.
• AAP is happy to accommodate special dietary needs of guests as provided by owner.
8:00pm: Walk #4
• This is the last walk of the day for dog guests.
• This walk will take place no earlier than 8:00pm. Few kennels walk their dogs this late, but we believe it is important for your dog’s comfort to maintain consistency with their normal walking schedule.
• The walking trail behind the Arrow Center is well lit for a safe outing before bedtime.
Accommodations
Each spacious cat “condo” has a comfy bed and sitting shelf. Each is multi-level with vertical and horizontal passages for active, climbing cat guests. Multiple cats from the same family can share accommodations when available.

AAP’s accommodations buffer excessive noise resulting from typical kennel configuration, ensuring a peaceful “safe-haven” and personal space for each cat guest. Condos are cleaned twice daily to ensure the safety and comfort of your cat.
Rates for Cat Guests
• $16 per night per cat guest.
• $12 for each additional cat guest in a shared cat condo (limit of 3 per condo).
Meals
• AAP recommends that owners bring their cat’s preferred food from home.
• AAP can provide Science Diet adult dry food for its cat guests.
• AAP is happy to accommodate special dietary needs of guests as provided by owner.
